We have been appointed on this project to deliver cost planning, value engineering and post contract management on this beautiful project. Sadlers Farm is a picturesque 8 acre site consisting of a Grade II listed Farmhouse, outbuildings, a Barn, ruins and lovingly maintained gardens. This project is very unique in that the existing 500 year old farmhouse is to be retrofitted to Passivhaus standards and fitted out in a very traditional manner to co-operate with strict planning restrictions on the property. In addition to this there is a proposal to convert and extend the existing extension to form a new light filled open plan kitchen / diner which promotes connectivity to the landscaped gardens and provides facilities suitable for a growing family. In complete contrast, the current derelict Barn building without planning restrictions is being given an extremely modern facelift internally to deliver a sheek new annex property.
